We had a really stressful drive down here, it took us over 6 hours due to several accidents on the M5. Thankfully when we did arrive at our cottage it was lovely, bigger than anticipated and very peaceful. We popped to the local supermarket for something for tea and had a chilled evening watching a family movie.
We headed straight down to Lyme Regis, a place I've wanted to visit since reading and studying John Fowles' The French Luitenant's Woman! It was great for Pokemon Go but the weather was pretty horrid so we only had a little walk before heading to the supermarket. We had a game of Monopoly Millionaire before a lovely tea and sat and watched The Grand Budapest Hotel, second time around for hubby and I but first for the children. They loved it! A very relaxing evening.
